Joseph Weeber

Joe has a B.Comm and LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand.
After completing his articles in Polokwane and Johannesburg he was admitted as a practising Attorney in 1983.
Joe was the first Attorney in South Africa to gain rights of appearance in the Supreme Court of South Africa.
In 1992 he relocated from Johannesburg to Cape Town. In 1996 his firm Weeber Attorneys Merged with Reuben Liddell Attorneys which later became known as Liddell Weeber & Van Der Merwe Attorneys.

Leon Van Der Merwe

Leon graduated with an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch and a B Tech in food science.
He completed his articles at Liddell Weeber and subsequently became a partner in 2006 when the firm became known as Liddell Weeber & Van Der Merwe.
Leon has dealt with countless high-profile cases.
Leon Specializes in Regional Court Litigation and opposed Bail Applications.

Niel Slabber

Niel has an LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch and a Diploma in law from the University of Cape Town.
Niel Worked as a State Attorney and went into Private practice where he headed the criminal litigation department .
Niel Joined Liddell Weeber & Van Der Merwe in 2013.
He has the right of appearance in the High Court and also deals with cases in the specialized commercial crimes court.

Chad Levendal

Chad Levendal obtained his LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape. He is currently completing his Masters degree in law.
Chad is experienced in trials and opposed bail applications.
He also deals with legal research and makes representations to the public prosecutions director.
